The Board of Directors of OHB is pleased to declare a Final Single Tier Dividend of 10 sen per ordinary stock in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2021, subject to stockholders’ approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The entitlement and payment date will be determined and announced at a later date.
