Oriental Holdings Berhad Postponement of 59th Annual General Meeting |
Further to the announcement on 4 June 2021 on the postponement of 59th AGM of the Company, the Board of Directors of OHB wishes to inform that OHB has received approval from Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia to extend its 59th AGM further to a later date to be advised in due course.
