Outcome of Meeting	Oriental Holdings Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that at the Sixty-Second Annual General Meeting ("62nd AGM") of the Company held today, all the ordinary resolutions set out in the Notice of the 62nd AGM dated 13 June 2024 were duly passed by way of poll. The results of the poll were duly validated by Messrs TJH Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd, the independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
